2. Choose File → Sharing → “Configure for FileMaker WebDirect.”
The WebDirect Settings dialog box opens (see Figure 20-2 ).
3. From the list of open files, select the one(s) you need and then choose which users
can access the file .
You have three options:
▪ All users provides access to anyone who has the IP address or domain name of
the server hosting the database.
▪ Specify users by privilege set lets only selected users access the database
through WebDirect. You may also require users to provide an account name and
password.
▪ No users prevents anyone from accessing the file through WebDirect.
4. Repeat step 3 for each file you need to configure. When you're finished with all
of your files, click OK .
The files are now ready to be uploaded to FileMaker Server ( Uploading a Database
from FileMaker Pro ) .
