offers an excellent range of organic raw, ve-
gan, vegetarian and seafood dishes, drawing culinary inspiration from across the globe. The
design (bamboo screens, high ceiling, wonderful aged wooden door) is eye-catching and with
mains from around Rp50,000 it won't break the bank.

scale newcomer serves innovative Modern European dishes made from local produce, with
five- and seven-course tasting menus that change every month, as well as a select à la carte
menu (mains Rp144,000-173,000). Techniques like sous-vide, textures like foams and un-
usual ingredients such as tomatillos (a green-skinned fruit) all feature. Pricey for Bali, but not
when compared to similar restaurants further afield.
