West of central Ubud, the hotels in Campuhan and Sanggingan are reached via Jl Raya Ubud,
the busy main road, which is not a particularly pleasant walk, but public bemos run this way
and some hotels offer free transfers. Rural Bangkiang Sidem, on the other hand, is accessible
via a delightful path from the edge of Campuhan (about a 30min walk). If you're staying in
the remote but charming village of Keliki or, to the west, Payangan, you'll probably need
transport.
