6. Draw a selection window around a set of vertices (see Figure 4.4).

Selected vertices are displayed in red. You can add to your selection by holding down
the CTRL key and dragging around other vertices.
Note
If you click on a selected vertex using the ALT key, the vertex will be deselected.
7. Using the Left viewport, select vertices and use the Move and Scale tools to
shape your object to look similar to Figure 4.5.
8. Now continue in the Top and Front viewports until you have an object that
looks like Figure 4.6. Don't worry about the main wing or horizontal stabi-
lizers at this point. You will create those later in this chapter.
9. Save your model as Mustang_02.max.
