9. Using the left mouse button, drag and make a selection box around several
vertices (see Figure 3.5). You'll notice that the vertices turn red when they
are selected.

If you rotate the model in the Perspective view, you'll notice that you have
selected all the vertices in the back.
10. If you look in the Selection panel under the Modify tab, you'll see a check
box that, when checked, allows Ignore Backfacing. Click to select that button.
11. Now try selecting vertices in the Side or Front viewport. You'll notice that
you can only select the faces that face toward you—or “face the camera,” as
it is more commonly referred to. The camera is the interface that allows you
to look at virtual space.
