15. Now you need to have the character turn from side to side. Biped has its
own controls for moving and rotating the skeleton so it animates correctly.
They are called tracks in Biped. Change the track to rotate by clicking on the
Rotate icon in the Track Selection rollout, as shown in Figure 8.27.

16. At frame 15 have the character turn to her left by rotating her in that
direction, as shown in Figure 8.28.
17. At frame 60 turn the character to her right, as shown in Figure 8.29.
18. Next, you need to work on her arms. Move the time slider back to frame 0.
You will animate your character so that as she turns, she will lift her arm as
if guarding against danger in the direction she is turning. Select the link of
the left upper arm, as shown in Figure 8.30.
19. Click on Symmetry in the Track Selection rollout to select both arms.
20. Rotate the arms back, as shown in Figure 8.31.
21. Select the left forearm link and click on Symmetry to select both arms.
22. Rotate the arms forward to a ready position, as shown in Figure 8.32.
