3. Continue adding all the separate pieces until you have one hierarchy tree
under the fuselage. In my example, I put the propeller blades under the
spinner and the spinner under the fuselage (see Figure 4.67). This allows
me to rotate the blades and propeller together, independent of the fuselage.

You can check your work as you go along by selecting the fuselage and
using the Move or Rotate command. Everything that is attached will move
together and objects that are not won't (see Figure 4.68). If you accidentally
move one of the pieces, you can always return the object back to its original
position by using the Undo command.
4. Save the model as Mustang_10.max.

Most programmers will ask you to turn in your model with all the pieces grouped. Select all the
pieces except the spinner and propeller blades. Select the Group command in the main menu and
name the group “fuselage.” Next, select the spinner and blade, group them and name them
“propeller.” Then, using the Select and Link button, select the propeller and drag the link to the
fuselage. Your hierarchy should look like Figure 4.69
