7. Now you need to create the landing gear doors. Create a box using the
following values.
Length Segs: 4
Width Segs: 1
Height Segs: 1
8. Move, scale, and rotate the box into position and shape it to your liking
(see Figure 4.51). Name this Main Landing Gear Door.
9. Repeat the procedure for the tail landing gear or try cloning the wheel and
strut by choosing Clone from the Edit menu to save some time (see Figure
4.52). Rename the wheel and strut according to their parts.
10. Now, using all the techniques you have used so far, see whether you can create
the massive four-blade propeller used by the P-51 Mustang (see Figure 4.53).
Be sure to give it a name in the Command Panel to avoid confusion later.
11. Save your model as Mustang_08.max.
