Cleaning Up the Model
Carefully rotating around the model and checking each section, I noticed I had
some undesirable polygons and geometry in the tail section when I welded and
deleted the fuselage tail section (see Figure 4.31). Removing small, unwanted polys
will reduce your polygon count and make your model clean and nice.

1. Carefully select these undesirable polygons (see Figure 4.32). If that doesn't
work, try making a large box around many of them and using the Ctrl key
to deselect the ones you don't need. Then, delete them (see Figure 4.33).
2. Save your model as Mustang_05.max.
