. Portugal (51 users per 100) and Morocco (49
users per 100) are both very close to the halfway point in 2010, but data for the territory of
Western Sahara is missing.
We can see that we've solved one problem and created another, which is often the case with
color choices. We could go with an orange-blue diverging color palette rather than an
orange-white-blue to make the situation a little better, but if you try it for yourself you'll see
that it isn't a perfect solution either, as the gray of the base map is close to the blue of Mo-
rocco.
