Notice how Europe has become a giant red blob. The same is true for the the Caribbean, only
the blob is blue. What do we do about that? Two things: we can change the formatting to al-
low for transparency and circle borders, and we can add a filter for country/region to allow
users to zoom in on one particular part of the world.
1. Click on the Color card and change the Transparency to 60%.
2. Still in the Color card options, add a gray border in the Effects area. Steps 1 and 2 are
