Conclusion
The beaches you have heard about and seen pictures of are here in southern Thailand. You
know your trip to Thailand would not be complete without visiting at least one and there
are so many to choose from so don't rush, see a few. You can find resorts and parties easily
on the most popular beaches, just a stone's throw from the crystal blue water. On the same
islands you can get away from the commotion and find your quiet piece of paradise in a
remote beach or park. If you have the itch to celebrate the full moon with thirty-thousand
new friends then pack the flip flops and head to Ko Pha Ngan to see what has made this
monthly party so famous internationally. Once you arrive grab some day-glo paint but stay
away from the tattoos, those are a more permanent souvenir that won't come out in the wash.
There are plenty of activities to dive into (really!) on all of the islands. For water enthusiasts
there are scuba courses, snorkeling with the tropical fish, jet skiing, kayaking in the man-
groves and so much more. For those wanting to keep their feet dry you can lay out on the
beach and work on your tan, hike through the national forest, try the fresh seafood and grab
a beer while you practice your Thai with some locals.
It can be hard to tear yourself away from that white sand but remember that it will always
be there waiting for you to come back.
