You may encounter the infamous ping pong shows where women do risque things with
ping pong balls. Though they are illegal you will likely still see signs and be invited in for
the show. If it is not on the first floor it is best to decline, you don't know what you could
be getting into.
While Thai people are very friendly and smiley people be wary of anyone who approaches
you for no clear reason, it is unlikely that they are just looking to help a hapless foreigner,
there is usually a motive involved. Generally speaking Thai people are very nice but re-
member that Bangkok is a very big city, treat it with care and it will take care of you.
