Getting in and around
There are many international flights to Bangkok from Asia, Europe, North America and all
over the world. It receives thousands of visitors every day and has good connections with
the rest of the country by air, land and sea.
Bangkok is connected with the north and the south via rail which runs from Chiang Mai in
the north through Bangkok then on to Hat Yai in the south. There is also an extensive bus
network covering the country, connecting large cities with more remote areas.
