OS machines have a
special configuration
issue where the
installed AVI Codec
defaults to PAL use -
this is a problem for
NTSC users.
To change the AVI
Codec setup, you
need to delve deep
into your Windows OS Management.

Open your
System
Properties
dialog
via
Start
Control
Panel
System

Select the
Hardware
tab,
then click on 'Device
Manager'.

Expand the
Sound, video
and game controllers
properties list and right-click
on 'Video Codecs' to open
the
Video Codecs
Properties
dialog.

Select the
Avid AVI
Codec . . .
