Run the RAM Preview again to see the difference
- notice how the spinning slows to a gentle stop.
Move the Work Area Selection Bar down the
Timeline to Preview the spinning out point. You
can quickly reassign the Work Area of a project
by grabbing the four hatch marks in the center of the Work Area Selector Bar

Shift
To add a little more motion smoothing to the Logo Rise
Text , we'll add some Motion Blur. This is accomplished by
switching on the Motion Blur check-box in the Timeline's
Switches column for each of the four layers using Logo
Rise Text . If you select all four simultaneously and click in
any of the Motion Blur check-boxes, all four will activate.
All you need to do now is activate the Timeline's Global
Motion Blur switch. Now go to 3:00 and look at the difference. Also notice how
much longer it took to render the frame with Motion Blur applied.
Perform another RAM Preview of the area around the Earth horizon transitions
to see where to adjust the In and Out Points of the various Logo Rise Text
layers. Be certain to take into account the direction of travel when making this
decision - make the transition when just a little of the leading edge of the
spinning logo, rather than the following edge, is touching the horizon.
The new Timeline In and Out Point settings are:
1
Go to 2:05.
2
Select layers 3, 4 and 5.
