FiGuRE 14.55 Opening the 14A-FPLAY1.dwg reference from the
Reference Edit dialog box
6. With the floor plan reference open in the Reference Editor, adjust your
dimensions as needed so they will fit on your drawing sheet without
conflict.
7. After completing these steps, pick the Save Changes ( REFCLOSE ) but-
ton on the contextual Edit References panel.
Choose OK from the AutoCAD dialog box alerting you that “All ref-
erence edits will be saved.”
8. Switch back to the A-101 layout tab, and adjust the location of the
Drawing Title block if necessary.
Your A-101 layout should look like Figure 14.56. Be sure to save the
A-100.dwg after making these changes.
9. Select the Drawing Title block, and right-click to choose the
Clipboard Copy option from the contextual menu that opens.
10. Open the A-200.dwg file and switch to the A-201 layout if it's not
already current.
11. Right-click anywhere in the drawing area and choose Clipboard
Paste to Original Coordinates.
Take note of where the Drawing Title block inserts into the layout tab;
its location is exactly the same as the A-101 layout tab. Likewise, the
title within the Drawing Title block automatically updates for AutoCAD
users who created the A-200.dwg file using Sheet Set Manager.
12. AutoCAD LT users only should double-click on the Drawing Title block
and change its title to North Elevation .
