4. Start the STRETCH command once again, this time drawing a crossing
window along the left edge of the title block as shown in Figure 14.8.

5. Pick a base point, use Polar Tracking to move your cursor to the right,
and then enter 11 ↵ . This will reduce the overall width of the title block
11 mm.
6. Erase the outer boundary for your title block, and save it (keeping the
14A-BD8H11.dwg name).
Your title block will look like Figure 14.9.
