Click the World button in the Coordinates panel, or enter
UCS

to
restore the WCS as the current coordinate system.

Start the
PLAN
command once again by entering
PLAN
↵
at the command
line and then press
↵
to accept the default Current UCS option.
This zooms to Extents view and displays a plan view of the drawing
with the X and Y positive directions in their default orientation.
