4. In the Field Names section of the Field dialog box that opens, select
Hyperlink. In the Text to Display field, enter the text that you want to
appear in the tooltip when the cursor hovers over the hyperlink (see
Figure 8.64). In this case, it will be the same.
5. Click the Hyperlink button; then, in the Edit Hyperlink dialog box
(see Figure 8.65), you can do any of the following:
Enter the web page or filename and path in the Type The File
Or Web Page Name box.
Click the File button under Browse For to select a file to which
to link the text.
Click the Web Page button under Browse For to navigate to the
web page to which you want to link the text.
Perform one of these options, click the OK button to close this dia-
log box, and then click OK to close the Field dialog box.
