11. Move both rectangles to center the cabin. Use Zoom Extents, and
then zoom out a little to create a view in which the drawing with its
border nearly fills the screen (see Figure 8.41).
The outer rectangle represents the edge of the sheet of paper, and
the thicker, inner rectangle is the drawing's border.
