Selecting the Doors and Swings
To select the doors and swings, you can use crossing windows. Let's examine
this task closely to learn more valuable skills for selecting objects:

1. Make sure 06A-FPLAY4.dwg is open.
2. Without any objects selected, use a crossing window to select the
back door as shown in Figure 6.23.
To do this, use the cursor to select a point in the clear space to the
right of the back door to begin a new selection window. Move your cur-
sor to the left (selection window box should be green with a dashed bor-
der), and pick a point to the left that crosses the back door and swing
but doesn't cross the wall line, as shown in the top of Figure 6.23.
