Sliding glass doors are usually drawn to show their glass panels within the
door frames, as shown in Figure 4.62.

To draw the sliding door, you'll apply the LINE , OFFSET , and TRIM commands
to the 7 (2134 mm) opening you made earlier. It's a complicated exercise,
but it will teach you a lot about the power of using these three commands in
combination:
1. Continue using 04A-FPLAY5.dwg , or open it if it's not already open.
2. Zoom out by rolling the mouse wheel toward you or by using the
ZOOM EXTENTS command. Zooming with the mouse wheel zooms the
drawing toward or away from the location of the cursor.
3. Zoom closely around the 7 (2134 mm) opening.
Try zooming with the scroll wheel by placing the cursor in the cen-
ter of the opening and rolling the scroll wheel away from you. Make
the opening as large as possible while including everything you need
in the view (see Figure 4.63).
