High availability with followers
By default, the follower databases are created in a geographical area that is different from
that of the main database. In addition, all databases in the premium and enterprise plans
have high availability enabled. If your database fails, it is automatically replaced by anoth-
er main database with the same plan. If there are follower databases, they are destroyed and
recreated again after the failure event.
