Basically, the difference between the commands is just the kind of plan used:
pg-
backups

pgbackups:auto-month

.
Via the web interface
To install via the web interface, you must access the
PG Backups
add-ons page at
ht-
tps://addons.heroku.com/pgbackups
.
Choose the best plan for you; at the bottom of the
page select the app name and click on the
Add [Plan Name] for Free
button.
