Check Console Messages
The section “
Review General Troubleshooting Techniques
”
recommended that you write
down any error messages that appear on-screen. However, if an error occurs behind the
scenes, you do not see anything on-screen to tell you that a problem exists. However, Mac
Pro likely made a note of the error as a Console message. This message is probably very
technical, but it will likely make sense to someone in tech support. You can also Google the
message text to see if a solution appears online.
