iMovie displays the available title types.
Use your mouse
to click and drag a title and drop it where you want the titles to
appear.
Note:
To see just the titles, drop the title thumbnail at the beginning of the movie or
between two clips. To superimpose the titles on a video clip, drop the title thumbnail on
the clip.

If you want to add credits, click and drag the
Scrolling Credits
thumbnail and drop it
at the end of the movie.
