Double-click the photo in your project. The Inspector appears. Click the
Clip
tab (

). Use
the Duration text box to set the number of seconds you want the photo to appear (

). To
change the duration for all the photos in your project, select the
Applies to all stills
option

Done
to close the Inspector.
