In the LinkedIn share sheet, click the
Share With
in the upper right corner and then click
either
LinkedIn
(all of LinkedIn can view the update) or
Connections
(only your LinkedIn
connections can view the post).
Are there other apps I can use to send updates?
None of the other default OS X apps support LinkedIn. However, with your permission,
many third-party apps are able to use your sign-in information to send updates from the
apps without requiring separate LinkedIn logins for each program.
