Create a Windows Partition
You begin the process of running Windows on Mac Pro by using Boot Camp to create a parti-
tion in which to install Windows. Recall from Chapter
15
that a partition is a separate section
of the hard drive. By dividing the Mac Pro hard drive into two partitions, you can continue to
run OS X on one partition, while running Windows on the second partition. As described in
the section “Review Windows Options,” you switch between OS X and Windows by booting
into one or the other at startup.
Create a Windows Partition
