3. Seville
Seville is the home to many of the trademarks that Spain is known for. First, it is the birth-
place of
el
flamenco the dramatic music and dance of
los gitanos
(gypsies). Secondly, it is
one of the most famous cities in Spain for the world renowned Spanish bullfighting. Seville
is also known for its Moorish architecture and contains Europe's largest cathedral along with
the Alcázar de Seville, a breath-taking royal palace that was once a Moorish fort dating back
to the 1300's.
