et al., 2011). These TSPs were located within the upstream 200 nucleotides of the assigned ORF, except when
indicated otherwise. The TSPs corresponding to ORFs encoding unknown or hypothetical proteins with RPKM
<3 ( Flaherty et al., 2011 ) are not shown in the table.
TSPs further upstream than 200 nucleotides of the assigned ORF, with no apparent ORF between the TSP and
the assigned ORF.
