When the Specify new location for marked vertex: prompt appears, along with a
rubber-banding line originating from the X (see the first image in Figure 17.13), pick the
new vertex. The polyline is redrawn (see the second image in Figure 17.13). Again, if the
line is curved, the new vertex appears as a sharp angle until you use the Fit option (see
the final image in Figure 17.13).
You can also move a polyline vertex by using its grip.
