Defatted Rice
Bran
1. Add 4 volumes of distilled water
2. pH 3.7
3. Stir for 4 hours at 40°C
Strain through cheesecloth
Amberlite CG-120 column
Wash with distilled water and 4% ammonia

2. Add buffer and activated charcoal
3. Stir for 0.5 hour and filter
Filtrate
Add ammonium sulfate and mixture of PEG/PVP
Shaking then standing
Collect the organic phase
