8. It is good to note or test whether the antibodies used are suit-
able for both fl ow cytometry and immunofl uorescence. In this
way, cells used in fl ow cytometry can be then placed on a slide
for correlative immunofl uorescence analysis.
9. PulSA seems to work best for large cells like HeLa. Primary
cells or small cells would post some problems when interpret-
ing the PulSA readout.
