the circle. The Infobar will tell you when the triangle
is rotated 90 degrees, with one angle pointing directly
to the right of the page. You'll also visually see this;
release the mouse button when you have a right-pointing
triangle.
With the circle selected, click on it again with the

Selector Tool to put it into rotate/skew transformation
mode. Now you can clearly see the object's center
marked with a tiny cross hair inside a circle.
If you don't have rulers visible, press

the rulers on. Click in the horizontal ruler and drag
down; similarly click in the vertical ruler and drag to
the right to create guides over the circle to meet at this
center point of the circle.

SHIFT - CLICK
to select both objects and then click the
Intersect Shapes button you put on the Standard bar
earlier (or choose Arrange | Combine Shapes | Intersect
Shapes). The triangle is now a pie wedge with a curved
left side.
