More Wall Sights
Over the next few years, the Memorial plans to gradually add more open-air exhibitions
about the Berlin Wall farther along Bernauer Strasse. Eventually the chain of sights will
stretch all the way to Eberswalder Strasse and Oderberger Strasse, near the heart of Pren-
zlauer Berg.
Natural History Museum (Museum für Naturkunde)
This museum is worth a visit just to see the largest dinosaur skeleton ever assembled. While
you're there, meet “Bobby” the stuffed ape, and tour the new Wet Collections, displaying
shelf after shelf of animals preserved in ethanol (about a million all together). The museum
isamagnetforthecity'schildren,wholovetheinteractivedisplays,the“HistoryoftheUni-
verse in 120 Seconds” exhibit, and the cool virtual-reality “Jurascope” glasses that put meat
and skin on all the dinosaur skeletons.
