Much of Vienna's sightseeing—and most of my recommended restaurants—are located
in the old town (inside the Ringstrasse). Walking across this circular district takes about
30 minutes. St. Stephen's Cathedral sits in the center, at the intersection of the two main
(pedestrian-only) streets: Kärntner Strasse runs north-south and Graben runs east-west.
