Palazzo Mocenigo Costume Museum
The Museo di Palazzo Mocenigo offers a walk through six rooms of a fine 17th-century
mansion with period furnishings, family portraits, ceilings painted (c. 1790) with family tri-
umphs(theMocenigosproducedsevendoges),Muranoglasschandeliersinsitu,andapaltry
collection of costumes with sparse descriptions.

the Grand Canal with a single confident span. The arcades along the top of the bridge help
reinforce the structure...and offer some enjoyable shopping diversions, as does the market
