Linear movement
Figure 8.7 shows the object slowly accelerating toward frame 30, where it suddenly comes
to a stop. If there is nothing beyond the end of the curve, there is no motion. The one
exception deals with the infinity of curves, which is discussed shortly.
The object in Figure 8.8 begins moving immediately and comes to a slow stop by
frame 27, where the curve first becomes flat.
