Gates
Gates can be protected and reinforced with a single hot wire and an insulated gate handle.
Design the electric gate wire to be dead when opened by having the handle disconnect from
the side of the gate that is toward the charger. If the gate doesn't require protection and you
don't want to unhook a wire every time you go through, you can bypass the gate by run-
ning an insulated cable under the ground. For this, use type UF cable (direct bury). Twelve-
