need to be removed, consider a brush hog, which is a heavy-duty rotary cutter/shredder.

POSTHOLE DIGGER
A posthole digger is a large auger that is positioned vertically and powered by the tractor
to drill holes. The digger can attach to the tractor in several ways; the most common is
to the three-point hitch at the rear of the tractor. This is less than ideal, however, because
the only downward pressure that is applied is from the weight of the auger and the three-
point hitch, which can make drilling in hard ground difficult. A more recent popular op-
tion is an auger that attaches to the bucket mounts or to the bucket itself to provide greater
downward pressure from the tractor's hydraulic system. Used diggers are hard to find in
good shape because either the augers are worn or the gearboxes are shot. You can't rent
the type of posthole digger that is used with a tractor, although two-man gas-powered ones
