PENS : 70′x80′ paddock can be used for grazing or longeing; 20′x70′ pen can provide
some grazing if managed carefully; 15′x50′ all-weather turnout pen has gravel or
sand footing.
FENCE :Becauseofthecloseproximityoffutureneighbors,perimeterfenceisV-mesh
to keep out animals, children, and windblown debris. Electric fence wire can be in-
stalled on the top and middle of the fences later if horses are kept across the fence.
GATES :Gatesbetweenpenscanbeopenedforlargerexerciseareaandfortotalaccess
for cleaning.
LANDSCAPING : Shade trees in yard. Acreage is too small to have shade trees in pens
because horses would chew them, and fencing them off would take too much room.
