Service Component Architecture, a set of
specifications which describe a model for building
applications and systems using a Service-Oriented
Architecture.
Web Service:
Application programming
interface (API) or Web API that is accessed via
Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) and executed
on a remote system hosting the requested service.
