In-Depth Information
Beyond Cala Millor's sprawl is Safari-Zoo ( 971 81 09 09; www.safari-zoo.com ; Car-
retera Portocristo-Son Servera Km 5; adult/child €19/12; 9am-6.30pm Jun-Sep, shorter hours
rest of year) , where you see wild animals (including rhinos, hippos, zebras, giraffes, ba-
boons, wildebeest and numerous antelope species) from the comfort of your car or an
open- sided tourist train. The animals have plenty of space to roam, unlike those in the
depressing enclosures in the more traditional zoo that makes up the rest of the park.
The tourist office MAP GOOGLE MAP ( 971 58 58 64; www.visitcalamillor.com ; Pas-
seig Marítim; 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, to 1pm Sat, shorter hours in winter) occupies a kiosk right
on the promenade.
