eye rarely misses a beat. The homewares, jewellery and accessories at this petite
boutique are mostly either handmade or recycled by her - from button rings to wooden
sunglasses, dishes crafted from newspaper cuttings to origami fish and birds. It's a cut
above your average Valldemossa souvenir shop.

Port de Valldemossa
About 1.5km west from Valldemossa on the road to Banyalbufar, a spectacular mountain
road (the Ma1113) clings to cliffs all the 5.5km down to Port de Valldemossa. The giddy-
ing sea and cliff views are breathtaking and the descent is akin to traversing a precipice
with a village glimpsed through the trees a very long way down below; drivers shouldn't
take their eye off the road and there's only one place to pull over for photos. At journey's
end, there is a shingle and algae 'beach' backed by low red cliffs and a cluster of a dozen
or so houses, one of which is home to the justifiably popular Restaurant Es Port.
