Tue-Sat) Built in 1854 and restored in 2007, this is the city's prestige theatre for drama,
classical music, opera and ballet. The renovation works recreated the theatre's neoclas-
sical heyday majesty of 1860 and combined it with the latest technology, resulting in
great acoustics.

Live Music
Most of Palma's live acts perform on the stages of intimate bars around Sa Llotja. Con-
certs begin between 10pm and midnight and wrap up no later than 2am.

rooms, Voyeur hosts live bands nightly for much of the year - jazz is the focus, but you'll
also hear flamenco, blues, funk and the occasional jam session. Red candles burn on the
tables and a few plush chairs are scattered about - get here early if you want to grab one.
In autumn it hosts a fine jazz festival.

late Mon) Located on the 7th floor of the Hotel Saratoga, this sophisticated club with
high-altitude views over Palma offers after-dinner jazz, soul and blues concerts from
Thursday to Saturday, and a Monday evening jam session. Admission may be free but
you're expected to buy a drink.
