Practical Objects
Print what you want, when you want it. These re-
sourceful makers used their desktop 3D printers to
overcome everyday problems by creating unique cus-
tom solutions that were just what they needed.
Pen Plotter Adapter

A friend is a vintage computer junkie
and one of his recent purchases was a
printer/plotter for his Sharp PC-1500A
pocket computer. Although the printer
works, the pens, being almost 30 years
old, do not. Nor are they still available.
So I took out the calipers, busted out
OpenSCAD, fired up the MakerBot, and
printed one out!
