Lentigines
A 52-year-old man with numerous lentigines over bilateral dorsal forearms presented for discussion of treatment options
(Fig. 3.2A). Treatment regimen included QS alexandrite (755 nm) treatment utilizing a 3-mm spot size at a fl uence of 7 J/cm
2
,
in conjunction with strict sun protection. Dramatic clearing of lentigines over the right forearm was noted at 4 weeks post
treatment (Fig. 3.2B).
