In-Depth Information
3. Applying the RPREF command, we try the Draft and Low modes. Instead
of applying the RENDER command, we may press the Render button to
the right of the list.
4. Now, let's try the High and Presentation modes. On the render window,
we can compare all these renders (including time), and see improve-
ments, especially on the wall and bowl.
5. Maintaining the render preset in Presentation , in the Final Gather area,
we change Mode to On and assign 5000 rays. The render improves a
little bit, but the time taken increases by more than seven times.
6. We set the Final gather mode option to auto and decrease the number
of rays to 200 . Now we turn on Global Illumination and render again.
We notice that darker areas get lighter because there is some light reflec-
ted off the wall. Render time decreases a lot as compared to Final Gath-
er with 5000 rays.
7. We save the drawing with the name A3D_10_nal.DWG .
